We stand behind the Knee Recovery Companion with our 45-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 45 days of your delivery date and we'll make it right with a refund.

 

How to request a refund

 

Step one: Email us at jnbusiness1@proton.me within 45 days of the date your order was delivered, with your order number and the reason for your return.

 

Step two: We'll confirm your return and send you instructions on where to send the item back.

 

Step three: Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Step four: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

 

You don't need to keep the original packaging to qualify, but please return the device itself and any included accessories so we can process your refund.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

 

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at jnbusiness1@proton.me with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to cover return shipping in this case.

 

Refund requests made after the 45 day window has closed cannot be honored.
